We offer a thorough risk assessment providing an honest understanding of the client's needs, We encourage clients and/or their families to be actively involved in the selection of the Care Worker. We accompany the Care Worker on the first day of service (or on handover to a new care worker), and offer practical support during the initial Live-in Care set-up. In our experience, this provides continuity of care and minimal disruption to the client's daily life. Communication is so important to us. During the Live-in Care assignment, we keep in regular contact with the care worker, client and family. We carry out regular reviews, monitor, supervise and will respond to any change in needs and additional requirements positively, quickly and effectively when necessary.Our Live-in Care office is open Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, but our staff are available 24 hours a day on the telephone for support, advice and guidance.Between our office based staff team and directors - we have over 70 years experience, and manage and supervising staff, providing hands-on care through our own personal experiences, and we manage a successful businesses.
