Our Care StaffPrior to our Live-in Care Workers being introduced to you, they will have been carefully selected and, personally interviewed face to face.We will have received at least two references and be in receipt of an Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau Check satisfactory to our high standards; and, checked their identity and eligibility to work in the United Kingdom. We maintain a register of qualified Live-in care workers in sufficient numbers and diversities to enable individual requirements to be met, and work hard to consider your needs and those of our care workers to ensure a compatible match.VersaCare Live-in care standards are high, as proven in our Care Quality Commission Report; we are proud of the fact that our staff respond positively to this.
Live-in care and support will always be delivered respectfully and empathetically, ensuring dignity and privacy at all times. Our Live-in care workers are experienced and have a range of relevant qualifications, skills and personal attributes; and benefit from on- going in-house training. We make sure that they are fully aware of their responsibilities and have access to all government and VersaCare Live-in care policies, procedures, and codes of conduct.
