Introduction We understand the difficulties associated with reading and understanding some tariffs for 24-hour Live-in care. This, as well as the anguish caused when hidden charges appear on invoices, greatly increasing what appeared to be reasonable charges, and even jeopardises your finances. Our desire is to be as open and transparent as possible about our Live-in care. We will gladly explain any aspect of our services, and welcome your comments or suggestions for improvement. Charges for Live-In Care  Our rates are often £100+ less than other providers and are fully inclusive. No hidden charges for travel, assessments, paying carers or reviews.  This will be agreed and the costs confirmed following the assessment and the identified care needs.  You can rest assured there are no extra charges other than bank holidays - which are charged at double rate. We offer a large discount on this charge if you pay by Standing Order as this saves us time and administration costs.

Our Live-in Care Charges
Low Dependency Live-in Care This level of Live-in care service applies if you require basic support and assistance with personal care, including Medication, washing, dressing, minor continence issues or accidents, appearance including brushing hair, shaving etc, your mobility and whether you request a Driver, Live-in domestic duties including shopping, cooking, cleaning and laundry. Our low dependency rate applies if you are relatively independent and your care worker would be able to leave the premises to take a daily two hour break. High Dependency This level of Live-in care service applies if you depend heavily on your care worker for most of your needs, a Car Driver is essential, or you have a spouse or partner living with you who cannot provide care; meaning the care worker works for you both, doing hoisting or other moving and handling and full assistance with personal care, (including incontinence). Care and support may also be required due to learning difficulties, including assistance to participate in community activities. Our high dependency Live-in care rate applies if you cannot be left alone due to frailty, infirmity, confusion or reliance on others to achieve your expectations of care through the aid of our care worker, and the care workers break can only be managed by extra help coming into the home.  Additional support may be required if there are two people who require personal care and rely on one Live-In Care Worker.
