As well as working for VersaCare which fulfils all aspects of Health and Social Care I work 2 mornings a week in a GP Surgery as a Health Care Assistant and Phlebotomist.  I have attained NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care in Management , as well as NVQ's in Customer Service and Health and Social care.

Hello I’m Emma I moved to Versacare from a care co- ordination position in a very Large Care Agency as I felt I wanted to make more of a difference to the care provided to our clients. Hi I’m Debs, I am the Deputy Registered Manager (supporting Vics).  I came to Versacare in 2012 with over 20 years leadership and management experience within the public sector, specialising in risk/quality control and have a degree in Business and Management. I ensure that our services are delivered to a high standard. I work in the field visiting clients, families, carers and key professionals. I have a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health&Social Care and am PTLLS and Train the Trainer trained.  I am a member of the Suffolk Association of Independent Care Providers (SAICP) Steering Committee.. Hi I’m Sarah  I am the Company Trainer for Versacare and the newest member of the team. I provide Induction Training for all our new carers and refresher training for our existing staff. I have worked extensively with children with special needs in a SLD Special Needs School providing care and support in education for 9 years. I have also worked for 5 years with severely disabled children in a respite care home. I have my PTTLS qualification, a Level 3 Award in Education and Training, and a Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
Hello I’m Jean-Marc, Client Co-ordinator I am the latest member of the head office team. I have considerable experience in the domiciliary care sector but wanted to move into the Live-in care sector to work more with finding the right Carers for specific clients and supporting the Care Workers and Clients more extensively, rather than merely scheduling visits. Hello I'm Ly, Field supervisor for South England  I have been in care industry for more than 11 years, from actual carer to co-ordinator.  I perform new client assessments and regular reviews with clients, carers, health care professionals and families, to make sure service is running smoothly and all paperwork is up to date and available I have completed my NVQ3 in Health and Social care, and am continually adding to my training. Hi I’m Kev.    I am the Supported Living Area Manager and I also work with Debs in Suffolk when needed.  I joined Versacare in 2014 having worked in various care settings since 2008, having 4 years’ experience as a team leader and supervisor.  I help to ensure that our services are delivered to a high standard. I work in the field visiting clients, families, carers and key professionals including the other agencies we work alongside in the supported living houses. I am currently studying for the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health & Social Care. I also have qualified as a trained trainer and have my Award in Education and Training.
