Whether you are funding your own care privately or via Direct Payments and contributions, we understand that taking responsibility for your own package of 24 Live in care or that of a loved one or family member may seem daunting. Live-in care costs with no hidden extras
There may be some anxiety over having a carer on a 24 hour live-in basis for the first time. So we aim to support clients through the minefield of rights, responsibilities and concerns. Our Live-in rates are simple, with no hidden extras, and extremely competitive among Live-in providers.
Our goal at VersaCare Live-in care is to enable our clients to retain independence in their own homes, supported by competent, caring, and compatible care workers for as long as they and their families wish.
We offer a thorough care and risk assessment providing an honest understanding of the client’s needs. We encourage clients and/or their families to be actively involved in the selection of the Care Worker.
An area manager will accompany the Live-in Care Worker on the first day of service, and offer practical support during the initial Live-in Care set-up. In our experience, this provides continuity of care and minimal disruption to the client’s daily life.
Regular reviews for your peace of mind.
Communication is so important to us. During the Live-in Care assignment, we keep in regular contact with the care worker, client and family. We carry out regular reviews, monitor, supervise and will respond to any change in needs and additional requirements positively, quickly and effectively when necessary.
Our Live-in Care office is open Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm, but our oncall staff are available 24 hours a day on the telephone for support, advice and guidance.
Between our office based staff team and directors – you have the benefit of over 80 years’ experience in services as well as managing, training and supervising staff. We also have experience of providing hands-on care through our own personal experiences and managing a successful businesses.
