We pride ourselves on our excellent report from the CQC, and consistently ‘Good’ rating. We can support you in getting the funding you need, and provide you with guaranteed, market leading, prices.
Funding
Whether you are funding your own care privately or via Direct Payments and contributions, we understand that taking responsibility for your own costs and package of live in care or that of a loved one or family member may seem daunting, but we are NOT an Introductory or temporary agency and so take care of ALL aspects of your 24 hour care including, CQC regulatory compliance, staff training, liability insurance, and payroll.

Charges
We have deliberately made our charges transparent, with NO HIDDEN FEES or extras.
We do NOT charge for:
Assessments, reviews, travel, paying Carers, or coordinating other professionals such as GP’s, District Nurses, Occupational Therapists etc.
We understand the anguish caused when hidden charges appear on invoices, greatly increasing what appeared to be reasonable charges, jeopardise your finances. We will gladly explain any aspect of our services, and welcome your comments or suggestions for improvement.
Our current rates are currently £875 per week (which is often £100+ less than other providers and £100’s less than residential care) and are fully inclusive.
We can often assess within 48 hours and the costs confirmed following the assessment and the identified care needs.
There is absolutely no obligation to accept our assessment and rates, and you can rest assured there are no extra charges.
